CrossFit Agoge has been a CrossFit Kids Affiliate running classes since May 2008. We now have seven CrossFit Kids trainers in the gym. Programming is based in concepts derived from CrossFit Kids HQ and designed to be developmentally appropriate for each age group. Our CrossFit Kids program (ages 5-12) meets Monday-Thursday at 4:00. The Pre-K class (ages 3-5) meets at 4:45pm Tuesday & Thursday. Our Pre-Teen class meets at 5pm Monday/Wednesday/Friday. Our Teen class meets at 6pm Monday-Thursday. Finally, Teen weight lifting meets Tuesday & Thursday at 5pm.
