Kids Workout of the Day
Warm up:
AMRAP in 3 minutes of
10 jumping jacks
3 360degree plank rolls
Skill work:
Partner Pushup/DL combo
One person holds the plank position while other holds their legs. Both partners move at the same time so that one is deadlifting the other’s legs as they push up. Perform 3-5 reps and switch places. Repeat
WOD:
3 Rounds of 30 seconds each of
Sit ups
Push ups
Kettlebell swings
Rest
