Warm up: 3 Rounds
20 sec Jump rope
20 sec T-pushups
Skill work: “Perfect” Pull up relay
WOD: Team workout
10m Wheelbarrow walk
10 Pull ups (total between two partners)
10m Wheelbarrow walk (switch places)
10 Squats (total)
Cycle through team members until everyone has done it 3 times.
