How do I get started?
The first thing we need to do is take you through your four Introductory Sessions. These are one-on-one training sessions during which we teach you the movements you will be doing once you join our classes. Some of these movements are complex and we like to be able to give you our undivided attention while we are giving you this type of instruction. Plus, it gives us an opportunity to get you know you a bit and perhaps more importantly, any special considerations we must have in mind (such and a previous injury or illness) that could impact the way we coach you during a group workout. Once your intro sessions are complete, you may come to any class on any day that you like. We understand that people’s schedules are not always constant and we don’t require you to commit to a specific class time. View our schedule.
