5 Squat Cleans (95/ 65)
10 Dumbell Split Jerks
15 Push Ups
Run 200 Meters

Time is running out to sign up for the Uncompaghre Mesa Team Fitness Challenge on Sept 18th.

No, today was a throw away… although it did look like a lot of fun. We have tomorrow left and it will be a Paleo Challenge workout… SO COME AND GET SOME!
