Workout of the Day

Warm up: 1/2 Tabata Squat thrust

Skill Work: Practice cartwheels for 5 minutes

WOD: Team Workout
In teams of 3 or 4, complete 5 rounds of the following
All but one member starts in the plank position. The standing member does 3 Wall Ball, sets the ball in front of the person next to him, and then gets into plank. The ball moves down to the end of the line for each round. The team may rest all together but all members must be in plank for Wall Ball reps to count.

About Our Program

Heres a video summing up the first year of our program.

CrossFit Agoge has been a CrossFit Kids Affiliate running classes since May 2008. We have two Certified CrossFit Kids trainers as well as additional staff on hand to help out. Programming for the classes is derived from CrossFit Kids HQ and the CrossFit Kids Journal. For more information about the CrossFit Kids program as a whole, please visit www.crossfitkids.com.

CrossFit Kids classes are for children age 3-16. Our preschool class is currently on hold until the Fall. We have a class for 5-14 year olds, which meets at 5:15 on Monday-Thursday. Our Teen/Advanced class meets at 6pm on the same days.
