Pam, the kettle bell, and the Saturday morning WOD. Killer.
Workout of the Day
“Fight Gone Bad”
In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. We’ve used this in 3 and 5 round versions. The stations are:
Wall-ball: 20 pound ball, 10 ft target. (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull: 75 pounds (Reps)
Box Jump: 20” box (Reps)
Push-press: 75 pounds (Reps)
Row: calories (Calories)
The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of “rotate,” the athlete/s must move to next station immediately for good score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.
Damn! I love FGB but I cannot get there today. Enjoy this one. It is one of my favorites.

212 reps. FGB is most definitely NOT enjoyable for me!! Thanks so much to Tegan, John and Brian for all the motivation! It really helped a lot, especially when John said, “you pick up that bar and give me 5 more!” Love it!!

WTF?!!
Fran and a 5K, phew!- I was wiping my brow thinking I had moved away just in time, but FGB?! Totally my favorite workout. Kinda smells like a bag o’ smashed assholes, but totally my fave.

The bag reference is just one of my favorite JB one liners. Good thing I get to take those with me.

212. Steph and randomly got the same reps. We each had our own strengths and weaknesses but one thing is for sure…WE HATE wall ball!! Fun workout! My first time!

Awesome job to everyone today. Ericson and Nicole did prescribed workouts for the first time and we saw a ton of PRs. Both my mom and Marni jumped on the 20” box for the first time, and Mike Will (a person with whom you will all likely become familiar with) made it to his first workout! All around good stuff.
