7 rounds-
10 Wall ball
10 SDHP (75/55)
Rest for 5 minutes then spend 10 minutes working on hand stand push ups. You may do negatives to Abmats, use bands, paralettes or whatever else you think that will get you closer to getting your handstand push up.

did a CFE workout this mornin: run 5×1min intervals w/ 30sec rest between. did em in the adobies though, so got some hills in there too! 3.8 mi run total.
shoulder is showing good signs of improvement! can’t wait to get back into some of these fun looking WOD’s!

You didn’t flinch when I told you to add the extra weight, plus I know how much you hate wall ball. You pushed through and worked hard… That is the important part, plus, I know that it was a mistake. It wasn’t like you shorted it on purpose, just to claim the fastest time. Good job.
p.s. you can take your good samaritan badge and stuff it… First, because I don’t need no stinking badges and second, I am not from Samaria… or wherever.
