thanks for the forgiveness, john and the sweet offer to potentially do half for me. since joe is the one who guilted me into skiing (twice) when i shouldn’t have, maybe HE should cover the other half!! :-)

90# Snatch – is the first time to do a snatch because of my shoulder – it is feeling good – could of went higher but my mind took over. Next Time!! :)
