3 Rounds for Time of:
12 Kettle Bell Swings
9 Pull Ups
6 Back Squats (185/ 135)
Rest 5 Minutes, Then:
Reverse Tabata Ring Turn outs
Get into the support position on the rings, turn your palms forward and hold for 10 seconds, rest for 20 seconds on the ground.
