Press:
2 × 8 @ 60% of 1 RM. 30 Seconds of rest between sets
5-10-15-10-5 Reps for time of:
Wall Ball (Sets of 5 to 12’ target, sets of 10 to 10’ target, sets of 15 to 8’ target)
Dead lift (225/ 155)
Press- 40#; 8:36- 125# DL 4 (the 6# was in use) WB on the 12’ target, 10# on the 10’ and 8’ target

45# press. 8:48- 135# DL, 10# wb on 8’ and 10’, 6# wb on 12’. That 12’ target looked like it was a mile away. My 10# wb efforts were falling way short.

Congratulations to Woody H today! After a year of toil he got his pull ups! Great job buddy.
First workout today was the Oregon/ Idaho sectional first workout. 5 rounds for time of 1 Rope climb, 7 Thrusters @ 135#-5:01… I think that the first place time will be around 3:45.
Second Wod was ours: 4:24. That 12’ wall ball surprised me the first time but it was the 8 footer that absolutely killed me.
