Crab walk 25M –> Sprint 50M –> Bear crawl 25M –> 1 Handstand –> 1 Forward roll
WOD: “Rollin’ Grace”
30 Clean and Jerks
After every 5 reps, put your bar down and do 3 forward rolls
Skill: Deadlift relays
Game: CrossFit Bowling
