Brian S. One of our first clients has made his return to the gym. This picture was taken day 1, day two he was quoted as saying “I think I died…” Brian, we missed your 6 am shenanigans and we couldn’t be happier to see you back in our gym!

  5. Did Friday’s WOD today. Muscle ups continue to kick my ass. I got the first 5 jumping but then had to switch to modified from the floor.
