Faith (center), from Hypoxia CrossFit in Ouray was co-organizer for the big event last Saturday. Here she strolls through the crowd during the WOD, keeping an eye on form and helping direct traffic as teams of 5 rotate through the stations. Great job Faith!

Workout of the Day

As many rounds as possible in 5 minutes of:

5 Box Jumps
5 Dumbell Push Press (right arm)
5 Pistols (left leg)
5 Dumbell Push Press (left arm)
5 Pistols (right Leg)

Rest 5 minutes and repeat!

  1. 7 total. Step-ups. But stoked that i could do pistols unassisted! very sore today!!! Back in the saddle again.

    Congrats on the A-Blog! You definitely helped me out when I was first starting out. Even though I’m still young at this game, and I know I am by no means the best trainer out there, I feel I would not be as good as I am today if it wasn’t for your advice. Thank you for teaching me humility, for your words of wisdom, and getting right to the point about it. You were without a doubt the best coach I have ever had on being a coach. I’m truly indebted to you. I’m excited and looking forward to meeting everyone next month!
