    Tracy is just one of the long list of ladies that got their pull ups this past week. Off the top of my head there is Tracy, Emily I, Carolee, Sarah P, Pam, Tokin (I think, or she is close!). You are all awesome and it is inspirational to share your strength!

    First wod today- 4 rounds row 750 meters, 15 Burpees, 30 Double unders-17:50. Second wod (CF Agoge) 3:16, 285# dead lift.
