Awesome job to everyone that came out for the CFE track workout yesterday- that was a blast! We did a warm-up run with some drills followed by 8×200M repeats w/:30-:60 rest between each.
If you missed it, no worries, our next one is tomorrow (2/11) at 10:30am @ Cerise Park.

Amy, regarding CFE: is standard time 10:30 a.m.? Also, if the time isn’t a good one, is there a spot where workouts are posted to do them on our own? :) Thanks!

We are still playing with the times to see what works for the masses. We are currently set up for Tuesday @ Noon at the MHS track and Thursday @ 10:30 at Cerise Park. We’ll probably switch it up once warmer weather comes around or if it would work better for more peeps. Let me know what would work for you.

Amy – Thanks for the CFE info! Tuesdays at noon would work well for me, and I may be able to swing Thursdays, but will have to play that one more by ear. If I’m not off next Tuesday, I’ll be around and hope to make it – let the a$$-whoopin’ begin! (hahaha)
ALSO, if there were folks who wanted to try to meet up at the noon hour on Thursdays, I’d love to check out the CFE WOD and do it with them if 10:30 won’t work :)
