We are not sure if the Clean was part of Caitlin’s Resolution WOD, but she has been resolutely attacking this relative weakness over the last month or so. Would you mess with this face?

Joe’s WOD from Canada: 7 @ (7power snatch, 7 OH squat, 7 snatch balance) 21:05 with 20lb dumbells.
it’s amazing how laterally unstable my shoulders are, even at #20. it’s good for me to see so that i can try and fix it!
