There are a few more of you than when we started those boards and several duplicate names so be warned that we may have altered your tag a little for clarification purposes (i.e. Kelli L, Kelly B, and Beery, K).

  3. Ooooohhh… Spring is just around the corner. Soon we will be back outside enjoying beautiful Colorado skies! For those of you that would like to get a jump start on the 5K season, a few of us will be meeting up a couple of times a week for some CFEndurance running WOD’s. CrossFit Endurance is similar to CrossFit in that it is for all levels and abilities and can be scaled for the novice yet challenging for the elite. The small crew formed so far is very flexible with scheduling so make your voice heard as far as what days/times will work best for you. Our first meet up is set for tomorrow (2/9) at noon at the MHS track. I would like to shoot for 2xweek. Maybe Tues/Thurs or Tues/Fri? Post your thoughts!!
