For time, complete 5 Rounds of the following.
You will use the same bar for all the lifts (95/65).

2 Pushups
4 Mountain climbers
6 Deadlifts
8 Hang Power Cleans
10 Thrusters
50 ft Lunge walk with bar behind the neck

    Sat (Push-Press 5-5-5-5-5 @ #100, then 3× 2min row: 620,605,604)
    Sun (FT 21-15-9: situp (x2), #100 squat, #50 bell swings. 14:42. heavy squats for me w/ barbells!)
