  4. Joe’s WOD of the north: w/u 50 situp, 30 pushup, 50 sqt, 30 superman, 500m row (Yipee rowing machine!)
    then 10-20-30: thrusters (2x #35 dumbells), burpees, jumprope (x3)
    Need to bring a stopwatch in tomorrow!
    any hints on kettlebell swings with dumbells?
