Preschool Class
We are in the development stages for our CrossFit Kids Preschool class. If you have a 3-5 year old who might be interested in participating in a CrossFit class geared for preschoolers, email Kelly at kelly@crossfitagoge.com.
Our Sectional Qualifier for the 2010 CrossFit Games is only a few days away! If you are interested in watching the competition you can register as a spectator or as a volunteer for the event.
