Joe’s WOD from the north:
w/u: 50 situp, 30 pushup, 50 squat, 30 superman, 50 mountain climbers.
then 100 burpees in 6:52. I think that’ll be my metric for the next couple weeks.
I’ll try and bring back some snow!

Front squated 271 today which was a PR by 3 pounds. 185 for the Snatch balance.
Derek and Sef both broke the 300# mark on front squat today, both posting a 309! way to go boys.
