3 Thrusters (65/45)
5 Hand Stand Push Ups
7 Overhead Squats (65/45)

    warmup: 50 situp, 30 push up, 50 squat, 20 superman, 2 min jumprope.

    I tried putting together a Tabata
    4 rounds of 20sec on 10 off:
    pushup
    situp
    squat
    dips (the universal at least has one of these)

    total of 204 (50,51,70,33)

  4. 14:45 – tan/blue bands. Thank you, John, for pushing me to try the hand stand push ups. One more fear conquered. Now that the fear is gone I can begin to work on doing it on my own as I grow stronger!

    Me- 16:07 (blue, blue, purple). I was kicking myself for going to the lower pullup bar. Those extra 6 inches of tension really must help :) Me and the HSPUs still have a long way to go…

  8. John, I do trust you…and I think it is just as amazing to me! I am grateful to have someone to trust in and feel it is important on many levels for me and the changes I desire! Thank you for being “it” for me….many people find Jesus after life transitions….I found John! ;)
