There have been a few more new faces around the gym. Here we see Emily and Tokin taking on one of their first group workouts with the 6 a.m. class. Welcome ladies!
Workout of the Day
3 rounds, 1 minute each for max reps of:
Double Unders
Row (meters)
Burpees
Walking lunges w/plate weight overhead (45/25)
Shuttle run
1 minute rest between rounds.

So my wife informed me that my good name was being besmirched here, so I thought it a good idea to comment.
First, Steph, I never told her that she didn’t rock, she kicked your ass, and I think that you rock, so she is really out of this world!
Secondly, what I was trying to explain is that the reason that Tracy didn’t just give you your normal drubbing was because the score was skewed because of the extra 15-20 seconds that she had on the highest scoring opportunity exercise in the workout.
So, to recap: Tracy, you do indeed rock. Steph, you rock too but not as much as Tracy today, Gina is still my favorite though because she doesn’t talk bad about me and always smiles at 6am.

Maybe to work through the “rowing issue” next time we do a workout like that, have folks cycle through starting on the rowing machine, so everyone gets one, but only one, start on the rower. (like when we do FGB again)

My bad on the rower mis-hap… that WOD was my programming. Should have used calories I suppose, or banned any starts from the rower. Guess I know for next time around. Thanks to John and Kelly for letting me learn these things on my own.

731 – single unders….messed up on my calculations on the board…shorted myself 13 doing my division for the single unders! took my middle number and then divided my bottom number by that instead of 3! That’s what happens when there isn’t enough oxygen going to my brain because I can’t breath due to getting my a** kicked! Great workout Amy, regardless of rower issues!
