Knees to Elbows
Kettle Bell Swings

200M Waiter’s Walk

  1. 30 minutes eliptical, 300m farmer walk 10# each, 4 rounds 10 25# KB swings and rest completing each round in minute

  3. Jason,
    Good to hear from you. A waiter’s walk is walking with a weight pressed overhead, in this case we used a barbell(some of us used more than a bar, but all of us used a barbell). Anyways, make sure you keep an active shoulder the whole way. Think of a waiter in a busy restaurant with his tray pressed up.
